In this IMG step, you can decide which quota types you will use for educational leave. You can either use the standard quota types, or you can copy them to your own quota name range.
You can choose to use only the full wage quota, or only the limited wage quota, or both. Regardless of the fact that you copy or use the standard quota, you can always use a part of the quota.
If you decide to copy the standard quota, you should also copy the re-examination quota. They are needed because the month of September is always included in two schoolyears, and to determine the correct schoolyear.
When an employee has a re-examination, you should manually transfer the remainder of his normal quota to his re-examination quota. You should not extend the duration of the normal quota !!
Example
If it is company policy to pay all employees their normal wages, when they take educational leave, you do not need the limited wage quota types, and you do not need to copy them.
