Use
In this Customizing activity, you maintain the relationship between the legal codes required by the Belgian authorities and the SAP codes used for Social Balance Declaration reporting.
Requirements
Legal codes have been defined in the HR-BE: Social Balance Legal Codes (V_T5BSB11) table. For more information, see Customizing for Maintain Legal Declaration Codes.
SAP declaration codes have been defined in the HR-BE: Social Balance SAP Codes (V_T5BSB10) table. For more information, see Customizing for Maintain SAP Declaration Codes.
Standard settings
The tax authority assigns each row in the declaration a numeric code; this code is used to uniquely report statistics for an information type. To uniquely identify specific data, that is data for a specific row and column in the declaration, SAP assigns each legal code a letter.
Activities
You maintain the mapping of legal declaration codes and SAP declaration codes in the HR-Belgium: Social Balance SAP Code Attributes (V_T5BSB1) table, as required.
Example
The Belgian authorities use code 100 to report the average number of employees for the current and previous reporting period. In addition, SAP assigns a letter to each code to further differentiate data, for example, according to the nature of the employment contract (full-time, part-time) or gender (male, female). Therefore, code 100A refers to the average number of full-time employees.
