Use

In this Customizing activity, you maintain the external and historical data requirements for Social Balance Declaration reporting.   

Requirements

Standard settings

External data is data that is not maintained in SAP. The data is relevant for Social Balance Declaration reporting and is relevant for the current declaration year. The values of these fields are replaced by the values sourced from this external data.

Historical data is data that is saved and referenced from the previous year's Social Balance Declaration. When a declaration is prepared for submission to the Belgian authorities (that is, generated in productive mode), the historical data is saved. Historical data is used reference and comparison purposes. For the first year that generate a Social Balance Declaration, historical data is not stored and available; in these cases, you must specify the historical data manually.

This activity uses the Social Balance: External and Historical Data (RPCSBUB0)report to update the V_T5BSB0 view.
