Use

In this Customizing activity, you link the education establishments used in your company with the education establishments required for Social Balance Declaration reporting. To define these links, you maintain the Mapping Table Education Level (T5BVD) table.

For Social Balance Declaration reporting, employee data is collated according to the following broad education establishment categories:

  • Primary education
  • Secondary education
  • Non-university education (higher education)
  • University education

To ensure that all relevant data is collated for the declaration, each type of education establishment recorded by your company must be associated with one of the broad categories.

Activities

For each educational establishment defined by your company in the Education (0022) infotype, you create a table entry. The table entry links the educational establishment in use with the broad category required for Social Balance Declaration reporting.
