Use

In this Customizing activity, you link the contract types used in your company with the contract types required for Social Balance Declaration reporting. To define these links, you maintain the Contract Type (Belgium) (T5BVB) table.

For Social Balance Declaration reporting, employee data is collated according to the following broad contract categories:

  • Unlimited (indefinite duration)
  • Fixed-term (defined duration)
  • Specific task
  • Replacement

To ensure that all relevant data is collated for the declaration, each type of contract used in your company must be associated with one of these broad contract categories.

Requirements

The international Contract Types (T547V) table has been correctly maintained.

Standard settings

Activities

For each contract type defined for your company, you identify the corresponding contract category, as follows:

  • To define a contract of indefinite duration, do not select a checkbox in any column.
  • To define another contract type, you select the checkbox in the corresponding column.
