Use

In this IMG step, you assign the different employee groups and subgroups existing in your company to the employee grouping modifier which will be the connection with the institution tables.

Requirements

Make sure you have implemented the relevant personnel areas and subareas correctly and maintained the following activity:

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with an empty table.

Activities

  1. Click New entries.
  2. Enter the employee group. This is an organizational entity which is governed by specific personnel regulations. An employee group is divided into several employee subgroups.
  3. Enter the name of the employee group.
  4. Enter the employee subgroup.
  5. Enter the name of the employee subgroup.
  6. Assign the relevant employee grouping modifier.
  7. Save your entries.
  8. Repeat the previously mentioned steps for any further entries.
