Processing class 06 determines the relevance of wage types, stored during the previous payroll run, for the current payroll period. The relevant wage types are stored in the internal table LRT (last results table).

Example

Early holiday payment by the previous employer.

Requirements

For all wage types concerned processing class 06 must be set to a valid specification to allow for processing by cycle X006.

Standard settings

Processing class 06 has the following standard SAP R/3 specifications:

  • Wage type is not taken over
  • Wage type is always taken over from the previous payroll
  • Wage type is taken over only if it is the same year

Processing class 06 is evaluated by cycle X006.

Activities

To change the processing class value for a wage type, proceed as follows:

  1. position on the wage type concerned and choose Details,
  2. determine the validity start date and
  3. change the value of the processing class according to your needs.
