In this step you transfer wage types out of the last result table (LRT) into the result table (RT) or into the input table (IT) to be further processed.
You can also transfer data from the previous year into another wage type.

Requirements

For all wage types concerned, processing class 71 must be set to a valid specification to allow for processing by cycle B013.

Standard settings

The standard SAP R/3 System contains the following values:

  • Direct transfer of the wage types to RT for leave payment, if the
    • month you are reading is January.
    • Month other than January: copy the wage type into another one and transfer to RT.
  • Transfer to RT for the special Social Insurance contribution
  • No processing

Activities

  1. Copy standard calculation rule B013, rename and change it if it doesn't satisfy your needs.
  2. Change the access code in schema BT00.
  3. Change the processing class 71 as follows:
    • position on the wage type concerned and choose Details,
    • determine the validity start date and
    • change the value of the processing class according to your needs.
