In this Customizing activity, you can define the persons that need to be included in Social Balance reporting. You define these persons by customizing the Employee selection for Social Balance (BSOBA) feature. The selection is based on whether a person has a contract, and by determining the employee specification in theSocial Insurance B (0100) infotype.

If you have defined your own codes for the employee specification, you must make sure that the feature uses your codes.

Ideally, the employee should be selected if one of the following conditions is fulfilled:

  • Standard employee linked with a contract
  • 'Bestuurders, zaakvoerders en werkende vennoten, indien verbonden door een arbeidsovereenkomst' / 'Administrateurs, gerants et associes actifs avec un contrat de travail'
  • Employee assigned abroad and registered in the personnel register (with contract)
  • Trainee with a fixed-term contract
  • Employee in first professional experience contract (fixed-term contract) (EWE / PEP)
  • Apprentice with learning contract (leercontract/ contrat d'apprentissage) (fixed term, normally part-time)
  • Student (student contract)
  • Employee in career interruption
  • Part-time conventional system of unemployment (SUC)
