This step involves the maintenance of table Mapping Table Action Type - Reason of action (T5BO1).

To be able to use the customised combination of action type - reason for action from infotype Actions (0000) in governmental and other declarations, we use a regrouping of all of these actions in seven different categories:

  1. Hiring
  2. Change of contract
  3. Early retiring
  4. Retiring
  5. Death
  6. Dismissal
  7. Leaving (other)

Example

The combination of a leaving-action and the reason for leaving is the decease of the employee, should correspond to category 05 (death).

Make sure that all combinations are made and that they correspond to the correct category.
