This IMG step allows you to customise feature �Paritair� committee (BEGPC).
This feature determines the number of the �paritair� committee per employee group and subgroup.
The �paritair� committee is mentioned on infotype Contract Elements (0016) and is used in the social insurance declaration in records 201-04 and 312-04.
Record 201-04 contains the number of the �paritair� committee for the employee category concerned. Record 312-04 contains the �paritair� committee for a specific employee in case the number of the �paritair� committee for this employee differs from the number of the �paritair� committee valid for the majority of the employees for the employee category concerned.
For each SI-employee category, feature BEGPC is read to determine the value for record 201-04. Per employee belonging to the employee category concerned, the system compares the value of field Labour commission on infotype Contract elements (0016) with the value in record 201-04. If there is a difference, record 312-04 is filled with the value on infotype 0016.
The valid fields for decisions in the feature are:
WERKS (personnel area)
BTRTL (personnel subarea)
PERSG (employee group)
PERSK (employee subgroup)
