This IMG step allows you to customise feature Frequency of payment (SI) (BESTE).
This feature determines the frequency of payment per employee group and subgroup.
The frequency of payment is used in the social insurance declaration in records 201-03 and 312-03.
Record 201-03 (code frequency of payment) contains the frequency of payment for the employee category concerned. Record 312-03 contains the frequency of payment for a specific employee in case the frequency of payment for this employee differs from the frequency of payment valid for the majority of your employees for the employee category concerned.
For each SI-employee category, feature BESTE is read to determine the value for record 201-03. Per employee belonging to the employee category concerned, the system compares the value of field System work schedule on infotype Planned working time (0007) with the value in record 201-03. If there is a difference, record 312-03 is filled with the value on infotype 0007.
The valid fields for decisions in the feature are:
WERKS (personnel area)
BTRTL (personnel subarea)
PERSG (employee group)
PERSK (employee subgroup)
