In this step the Payroll constants used to calculate the Belcotax declaration are defined.

Standard settings

The standard SAP R/3 System contains only 2 constants to be defined for the Belcotax declaration:

BTPAY Belcotax home country code 150
BTSUP Belcotax support number 1

Recommendation

The Belcotax home country code should only be changed if the predefined legal setting for country codes are subject to change.
The Belcotax support number should be increased if the declaration is not done in one time. This number represents the sequence number of actual files sent to the tax authorities.

Activities

The payroll constants should only be changed if the legal settings are subject to changes:

  • select the payroll constant to be modified,
  • push button Define and enter the validity start date of the new value,
  • enter the new value and Save.
