This step contains the reduction rates granted on the Employer's SI contribution for young employees, unemployed and under 26 years old at the day of their recruitment, introduced by the law of 23.07.1993. The reduction is only valid for young employees/workers who were recruited between 01.08.1993 and 31.12.1994.

From 01.01.1995 to 31.12.1996 this law was replaced by the Employment plan, introduced by the law of 21.12.1994, and configured in Additional reductions on employer's SI contribution.

Standard settings

The standard SAP R/3 System contains all legal regulations for reductions on employer's contributions for youngsters hired in 1993 and 1994.

Recommendation

Do not alter the standard settings. New legal regulations concerning reductions are introduced via Additional reductions on employer's SI contributions.
