In this step, you can convert half attendance and absence days to full attendance and absence days.

This applies to:

  • Absences of less than a day,
  • Absence wage types,
  • Payment wage types.

For more information about the wage types used in the Belgian payroll program, run report 'Use of wage types in payroll' (RPDLGA20).

Requirements

Maintain processing class 'Tuning abs./att. days for the SI payments' (64) in view 'Processing classes, Cumulations and Evaluation classes' (V_512W_D) for all wage types.

Activities

In scheme 'Processing of time data for payroll accounting' (BT00), check the cycle that cumulates special SI days. In the standard SAP R/3 System, cycle 'Tuning attendance and absence wage types for SI and payments' (B016 ) is used for this purpose. If you want to use this cycle, leave the scheme unchanged.

  1. If not, copy the standard B016 cycle, rename it to Z016 and make your changes.
  2. Make a list of all the partial absences the system should detect.
  3. Select a wage type and choose 'Details'.
  4. Enter the validity start date.
  5. Change the value of the processing class if necessary.
  6. Repeat these steps for the remaining wage types.
