In this step, you can define how the different absence codes are converted to valuation codes. You must also specify the number of days you are entitled to.
Examples
Absence code 0200 (illness) falls under absence group (Z). For example, an absence code Z for several days is converted as follows:
- First 7 days converted to valuation code '2',
- Next 7 days converted to valuation code '3',
- Next 16 days converted to valuation code '4'.
This way, Z is validated with 2, 3, or 4. The concatenated keys Z2, Z3, Z4 return a validation code using table T554Q (Assignment of valuation of absences ). As a result, the correct wage types to be generated for this absence code are selected in table T554C (Valuation of absences).
