Personnel area and sub-area

Check whether the 'Personnel area' and 'Pers. sub-area' fields are correct.

SI registration number

Each company is given a unique identification number when registering at the RSZ/ONSS. This number is displayed in the 'Number' field.

Company address

The address, stored in the T5B9A table, is displayed in the form of a 4-digit number in the 'Company address' field.

Click the 'Address' button to change the address data.

Name of the sender

Identification number of the sender of the SI declaration, displayed in the 'Payer Social Insurance' field.

This is not necessarily the SI number. It can also be the number of a subsidiary or division.

This number is also used for the quarterly declaration run.
