In this section of the Implementation Guide, you can create your own process model to enable you to process activities subsequent to your off-cycle payrolls.

Standard settings

The standard SAP R/3 system includes a process model as an example: SAPAROC. This process model includes the activities subsequent to the generation of the remuneration statement (report HARCEDT0), bank transfer (report HARCDTA0) and transfer to FI/CO (report RPCIPE00).

Recommendation

Activities

If you want to create your own process model for activities subsequent to off-cycle payrolls, you should copy the process model provided by SAP. To do this:

  1. Copy process model SAPAROC by activating the key Copy.
  2. Enter a name for your process model. Your process model names should begin with Z or a number.
  3. Change your process model:
    1. Activate the key Change.
    2. Adapt your process model to the specific needs of your company. For more details regarding process models, see the SAP library in Payrolls using the SAP R/3 system -> Background payroll run -> Process models .
    3. Select Activate.############
