Requirements

Before performing this step you must:

  1. Define collective work agreements.
  2. Assign your collective agreements to the collective agreement types used by SAP.
  3. Create groupings for severance pay limits.
  4. Assign these groupings for severance pay limits to the criteria used by your company to determine severance pay limits.
  5. Relate these groupings for severance pay limits with the collective agreements your company works with.

These activities can be performed through the implementation guide in section Payroll Argentina -> Severance pay -> Settings per severance pay type -> Assign collective agreements to collective agreement type.

Activities

To perform this activity:

  1. Select a collective work agreement.
  2. Enter the average monthly wage and the basic wage limit provided by the Ministry of Labor.
  3. Save your entries.
