In this step you can assign severance pay codes to legal regimes for the severance pay calcualation.

Requirements

Before performing this step, you can:

  1. Create severance pay codes. To do this, follow the instructions listed in Define severance pay codes, in the section Payroll accounting Argentina-> Severance pay-> General settings -> Definition of severance pay -> Define severance pay codes.
  2. Create severance pay payment wage types. To do this, follow the instructions listed in Payroll accounting Argentina -> Severance pay -> General settings -> Definition of severance pay ->Define severance pay wage type.

Activities

In this step you will only need to perform activities in the case that there have previously been created severance pay codes. If this is the case:

  1. Select a severance pay code.
  2. Enter a wage type that contains the severance pay payment.
  3. Enter the function module that performs the severance pay calculation. To do this, display the possible values from the corresponding field.

    If you wish to create your own function module for the calculation of severance pay, follow the instructions listed in Payroll accounting Argentina -> Severance pay -> General settings -> Definition of severance pay ->Define severance pay calculation.

  4. Save your entries.
