In this section you define the wage types which are cumulated in the corresponding basis for calculating average value in order to calculate the average remuneration variables for the last six months.

Requirements

In order to carry out this step, first of all you need to create wage types. To do this, read the further documentation in Generate wage types via the wage type catalog and Generate wage types via prototypes in the section Personnel administration and PA -> Personnel administration -> Payroll data -> Wage types -> Generate wage types via wage types catalog/Generate wage types via prototypes .

Activities

In order to define wage types to calculate the average variable remunerations for the last six months, you must perform the following:

  1. Choose a wage type by flagging Details
  2. Indicate whether this wage type has to be cumulated in the corresponding wage type
  3. Save your entries
