In this activity you define the permissibility of entering the grouping of employee subgroups and personnel subareas for each wage type.
Example
Wage type "Biennial Bonus" should only be permitted for employee subgroup grouping "3". In a previous work step, you defined which employee subgroups these are. In this example, you must flag column "3" of block "EE Subgroup Grouping" accordingly.
Requirements
- You have defined your employee groups and subgroups.
- You have defined your personnel groups and subgroups.
- You have grouped your employee subgroups and personnel subgroups for the primary wage types.
- You have defined your wage type catalog.
Standard settings
The flag described in the example above must be "1" if you declare this wage type as permitted without a warning or information. It must be "2" if the user is to see a warning when the wage type is entered.
A space at the corresponding point of the permissibility string means "entry not permitted".
Recommendation
Make use of this functionality because it can increase plausibility in the entry of wage types.

Further notes
If you have not grouped your employee subgroups and personnel subgroups, spaces in the permissibility string mean that no check on permissibility should be carried out.
