Activities
The SI body should correspond to the insurance institution. This makes it possible to carry out ELDA data transfer via the SI body with the correct entry for the correct insurance institution.
However, as this differentiation by insurance institution, and thus by region, is only required for the insured person notification (all other notifications go directly to the BVA main office) a special logic is only needed for the insured person notification. For the public sector, insurance bodies are only delivered as insurance institutions if they are relevant for the insured person notifications. This applies for the following SI bodies (insurance institutions) listed below.

As the listed insurance institutions are not important for the SI calculation, they are not assigned to the person in infotype Social Insurance A 0044. Instead, the insurance institution is determined via the region in the insured person notification for civil servants. This assignment should be maintained in table T5A1PBS13 as follows. As a result, if 01 BVA is maintained for the public sector as the SI body, the relevant insurance institutions (SI bodies) are assigned via the specified assignment table for the ELDA insured person notification. Otherwise, SI bodies 71-79 have no meaning.
