In this activity, you can create Customizing includes and insert customer-specific cumulation wage types as components in these Customizing includes.

There are two types of forms for the social insurance contribution statement. A separate structure is assigned to each type in the system:

  • Structure RPCBVAA2S - cross-person form
  • StructureRPCBVAA2L - person-specific forms

In both structures, you have a Customizing include in which you can enter previously created customer-specific cumulation wage types as components. In turn, you can use the components of the Customizing include in the forms as text elements.

The structure of the cross-person form is filled from the structure of the person-specific forms. All components that are to be printed in the cross-person form must therefore also exist in the person-specific structure. If you modify structure RPCBVAA2S (cross-person form), you must also modify structure RPCBVAA2L (person-specific forms) accordingly.

Standard settings

The Customizing includes are not created in the standard system.

Activities

  1. Select option Data Type and enter RPCBVAA2L for the person-specific structure.
  2. Choose Display.
  3. In the table, scroll to Customizing include CI_RPCBVAA2L.

    (Entry .INCLUDE CI_RPCBVAA2L and its related fields are right at the bottom.)

  4. Double click component CI_RPCBVAA2L to go to structure maintenance for the Customizing include.

    If the Customizing include has not yet been created, do this with this action.

  5. In Customizing include CI_RPCBVAA2L create the components that are to be printed on the person-specific form. The names of the components must correspond to the cumulation wage types you created in the previous work step.
  6. Assign a component type to the components. You may need to create a new data type for this.

  7. On tab page Currency/Quantity Fields, reference table RPCBVAA2L and reference field WAERS must be assigned to the component.
  8. Save and activate the Customizing include.

Note:

The system displays a message informing you that the name of the component is not in the customer namespace. Keep the name of the component anyway. The names of the customer-specific cumulation wage type, the component in the Customizing include and the technical name of the field in the SAPscript form must be the same.

  1. Exit structure maintenance of the Customizing include and structure maintenance of structure RPCBVAA2L.
  2. Carry out all work steps for data type RPCBVAA2S (cross-person structure) and Customizing include CI_RPCBVAA2S.
