In this activity, you create your own cumulation wage types and assign wage types to these cumulation wage types.

In this activity, you can also change the assignment of wage types to existing SAP cumulation wage types. These changes override the SAP standard entries and must be made with particular care.

Example

You need a text element that contains all employer contributions for regular payments for unemployment insurance and health insurance.

You create cumulation wage type 0DAK - ER contribs.reg. HI,UI. You assign the following wage types to this cumulation wage type:

Activities

  1. Select 03 for Austria as the country grouping.
  2. In top node Non-Statutory Subapplications select subapplication BVA and double click to select node Definition of Cumulation Wage Types.

    The system displays the available cumulation wage types for the monthly SI contribution statement of BVA.

  3. If you require new cumulation wage types, choose New Entries.

    The customer namespace for cumulation wage types has a digit (0-9) as the first character.

  4. Select the cumulation wage type you want to change and double click to select node Assign Wage Types to Cumul. Wage Types (Customer) .
  5. Maintain existing entries or choose New Entries.

    You can either enter the cumulation wage types you created (these start with a digit) or SAP cumulation wage types (these start with a letter).

Note:

If you enter an SAP cumulation wage type here, the standard assignment of this cumulation wage type is completely overwritten. As a result, you must list the wage types you require in full, even if some are already contained in the standard assignment.
