In this activity, you define the physical file and physical path assigned to logical file name HR_AT_DATASET_BVJ and logical path HR_AT_DATASETS. The SAP system uses the physical file in the standard system to save the data of the contribution basis statement on the server.

Logical file name HR_AT_DATASET_BVJ is used by report RPUBVTA0 (Download TemSe - PC/Server, SI Contribution Statement AT), which you call after report RPCBVJA1 (BVA Annual SI Contribution Basis Statement).

Logical file path HR_AT_DATASETS is also used by other reports (for example for the ELDA data medium).

Standard settings

In the standard system, logical file name HR_AT_DATASET_BVJ with logical file path HR_AT_DATASETS is converted to /tmp/BVJ<DATE>_<TIME>, with <DATE> and <TIME> being replaced by the current date and time.

Activities

  1. In top node Logical File Path Definition, select entry HR_AT_DATASETS and double click to select the lower-level node Assignment of Physical Paths to Logical Path.
    1. In column Syntax grp select your operating system and choose Detail.
    2. In field Physical path enter the physical path for saving the contribution basis statement on your server.
    3. Choose Save.
  2. Choose Back once and double click to select node Logical File Name Definition, Cross-Client.
    1. Select the entry HR_AT_DATASET_BVJ and choose Detail.
    2. In field Physical file enter the physical file for saving the contribution basis statement on your server.
    3. Check the entry for the logical path (HR_AT_DATASETS).
    4. Choose Save.
