In this activity, you check the Customizing settings for calculation process DSTG (key date for service regulations ). The system uses this calculation process to calculate the employment period in order to determine the employee's service regulation key date
You use report RPUSEN20 (evaluations IMG settings calculation of employment period) in this work step to evaluate calculation process DSTG. This report generates an object structure of the calculation process. You can double click an object in this object structure to check and change the Customizing settings of the object.
Standard settings
The standard system already contains the required Customizing settings for calculating the key date for service regulations.
Activities
- Check the default values on the selection screen for report RPUSEN20. Field Calculation Process contains default value DSTG.
- Choose Execute.
The report evaluates the calculation process and outputs an object structure.
- By double clicking a displayed object, you can check and change its Customizing settings.
Further notes
For the key date for service regulations DSTG, note that entry into the state service is defined dependent on function module HR_ENTRY_DATE and in conjunction with feature ENTRY.
