In this work step, you adjust payslip L16 to the requirements for externally taxed pensioners.
For the periods in which pensioners are externally taxed, no total gross can be shown on their payslip. The total gross is only shown on the tax-levying authority's payslip.
As the system cumulates the total gross in wage type /101 (total gross), wage type /101 must be reduced by its actual amount for the payslip. This is done using wage type /O01, which is a copy of wage type /101. The system only creates the copy wage type /O01 for periods in which tax procedure P is defined in infotype Fiscal Data A (0042).
You must adjust form AZ97 for the creation of payslip L16 so that wage type /O01 is deducted from totals wage type L200 (gross pay as per § 25).
Standard settings
Form AZ97 is delivered complete by SAP.
If the table is empty, copy the entries from client 000. Choose Utilities -> Adjustment.
Activities
- Check whether the following entries exist in the table.
- If the entry for wage type /O01 does not exist, create an entry for wage type /O01 for table CRT so that this wage type is deducted from totals wage type L200.
