In this work step, you maintain dynamic actions that are related to infotype Taxation (Enhancement) (0484) (joint taxation):

Recommendation

The following dynamic actions should be available for joint taxation:

  • During creation of a record of infotype Taxation (Enhancement) with subtype 1 (taxation with other service provider), the tax procedure in infotype Fiscal Data A (0042) must be changed to P (Pensioner External).
  • During deletion of a record of infotype Taxation (Enhancement) with subtype 1, the tax procedure in infotype Fiscal Data A must be changed to 1 (Subject to Tax Without Restrictions).
  • During delimiting of a record of infotype Taxation (Enhancement) with subtype 1, the tax procedure in infotype Fiscal Data A must be changed to 1 (Subject to Tax Without Restrictions) for the period after delimitation.
  • During extension of a record of infotype Taxation (Enhancement) with subtype 1, the related record in infotype Fiscal Data A must be extended accordingly with tax procedure P (Pensioner External).
  • In the event of the departure of a pensioner as a result of death, an income tax withholding stored in Taxation (Enhancement) must be put in a wage type for payroll so that the income tax of the paid advance can be withheld.

Example

The following table contains a dynamic action for the creation of a record, followed by an action for the deletion of a record in infotype Taxation (Enhancement), as described above.
