Use

In this Customizing activity, you define specific data for the electronic data medium.

Activities

  1. Perform the Specify Data for Data Medium activity.
    The Assignment of Employer/Tax Number view appears.
  2. In the No. L16 field, enter the anticipated total number of L16 payslips to be transferred per year.
  3. In the No. L18 field, enter the anticipated total number of L18 payslips to be transferred per year.
  4. If you are responsible for the transfer of data records for a different company, also enter the tax number (in the TaxNo. PSP field), the tax office number (in the TxOff P field), and the data processing number (in the DP No. PSP field).
  5. Save your entries.
