Use
In this Customizing activity, you do not need to make any settings if you use the following standard variants for all employees:
- SAPLOPAF_A for Statistics Austria
- SAPLOPAF_B for the Insurance Institution for Public Service Wage and Salary Earners (BVA)
- SAPLOPAF_M for the regional health insurance fund (GKK)
If necessary, you can assign different variants for ELDA notifications to the GKK, BVA, and Statistics Austria to the various different employer assignment units.
Requirements
If you want to assign variants, ensure that:
- No organizational reassignment exists between the employer assignment units
- All organizational reassignments between different employer assignment units are carried out with the actions entry and leaving
Note:
If these prerequisites are not fulfilled in your company, the variants of the relevant ELDA notification to the GKK, BVA, and Statistics Austria must be the same for all employer assignment units, and the applicable standard variants are to be used in this case.

Example
In a given client, there are various employer assignment units, each with their own office for transferring information. To supply each ELDA data medium with the relevant information, you can first define the selection variants in program RPUELDA0 and then enter them in this activity.
