Use
In this Customizing activity, you assign wages types to customer-specific cumulation wage types in order to evaluate the subapplications of the joint payslip.
Standard settings
For the following subapplications, an assignment to the relevant cumulation wage types exists in the standard SAP system:
- BL16 Payslip L16 §84 (1+4) EStG 88 (domestic employment)
- BL6A Payslip L16 §84 (1+4) EStG 88 (favorable employment abroad)
- BBG1 SI Payslip for GKK (contribution base statement)
- BBG2 SI Payslip for BVA (contribution base statement)
- BE18 E18 notifications for freelance employees
Note
In the case of subapplication BE18, the system takes into account all wage types that belong to the cumulation wage type B341 (for example, wage type M097) for the actual remuneration of a freelance employee. For any arising sales tax, the system takes into account all wage types that belong to the cumulation wage type B344 (for example, wage type M095).
Activities
- Call the Determine Assignment of Wage Types to Cumulation Wage Types activity and use the input help to select the subapplication for which you want to assign wage types.
- Choose New Entries.
- Specify the desired wage types and enter the required entries in the columns.
- Save your entries.
