Use
In this activity, you determine the validity of the following subapplications used:
- BL16 Payslip L16
- BBG1 SI Payslip for GKK (contribution base statement)
- BBG2 SI Payslip for BVA (contribution base statement)
- BE18 Payslip E18 (notification in acc. with §109a of the Austrian Income Tax Law (EStG) 1988)
With the valid from date, you define the date up to which the relevant payslip application will be evaluated in the event of retroactive accounting and the date from which a legacy data transfer can be carried out.
The overall earliest possible evaluation date is defined on the basis of the valid from date set for subapplication BL16.
Standard settings
Activities
Proceed as follows:
- Perform the Determine Validity of Subapplications activity.
- Change the validity period of a subapplication that has already been specified,
or choose New Entries and enter the validity period for the desired subapplication. - Save your entries.
