Use
In this step, you create the cumulation wage types for your subapplication. In the next step, you assign wage types from the payroll result to these cumulation wage types.
Only the cumulation wage types are printed in the note to payee. The cumulation wage type text is used as the name.
The four-digit key of the cumulation wage types determines the order in which they are printed in the note to payee: The cumulation wage types are printed in ascending order, that is, cumulation wage type 0000 before cumulation wage type 9999.
Cumulation wage types in the range 9000 to 9999 are interpreted as wage types from retroactive accountings. These wage types are not used in the standard system but can be filled using a user exit (see Modify Note to Payee).
Activities
- On the initial screen, specify your previously defined subapplication.
- Choose New Entries and create new cumulation wage types with appropriate text. Select the cumulation wage type key from the customer namespace (0000 to 9999).
Make sure that the cumulation wage types appear in ascending order in the note to payee.
Example
You want the remuneration statement to contain just three lines in the following order:
- Gross
- Net
- Transfer amount
To this end, you create three cumulation wage types in the correct order:
