For payments via data carrier there are certain predefined text keys which must be specified with transfers.

Example

  • "53000" represents a payroll transfer,

Each wage type to be transferred must be assigned a text key.

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system the key is already assigned to all transfer wage types.

Activities

  1. Determine whether you have wage types of your own which are to be used in data medium exchange. This is only the case if you want to carry out a separate payment run when evaluating master data (independent of the payroll run).
  2. If this is the case, set the text key for these wage types.
