In this step you make the settings required to create the pay slip form L16 for your employees.

Activities

  1. Carry out the activity Adjust pay slip.

    You reach the screen HR Form Editor: Initial Screen.

  2. You can adapt the pay slip form AZ97 to your company's needs by using the HR Form Editor. For more information on the Editor, choose Help -> Application help from HR Form Editor: Initial Screen
  3. Save the changes.
  4. Perform the activity Determine Data Medium Specifications.

    You reach the screen Assignment Employer/Tax Number.

  5. Enter the anticipated number of pay slips to be transmitted annually into field No.L16.

    It has the field number 20 in the data medium's information record.

  6. If you carry out the transmission of data records for another company, specify the tax number (in field TaxNo.LV), the tax office number (in field TOF-LV) and the DPR number (in field DPR-Nr LV) as well.
  7. Perform the activity Save entries for absences. Enter the value 03 for the personnel subarea grouping.

    You reach the screen Attributes for Attendance/Absence Types.

  8. Mark the field InterrEmRel.L16 for absence types, which characterizes the interruption of the employment relationship as required by the data medium for the annual L16 (field 88).

Further notes

Report RPCL16A2 creates the pay slip (pay slip L16 according to the Income Tax Law - valid as of 01/01/1994). For more information, see the report documentation.
