In this step you check whether the conversion of values in the internal (SAP) fields to values in the ELDA fields complys with your requirements. When you do this,you have the possibiltiy of displaying organizational aspects of your company.
You process the table T5A1N (Value conversion).
In the table T5A1N you specify the SAP values that are to be converted to ELDA values. In this conversion, the SAP values are read first. Then the system searches for an entry for the field to be filled under the relevant notification type and internal version number in the table T5A1M. If it does not find such an entry for the field to be filled, a generic entry (*-entry) is used to search for this field. If such an entry is not found, the SAP value is transferred unchanged, This is the case, for example,with names and addresses.
Example
The following example shows how the table T5A1N is read, according to the ARFT field in notification type 'EFZG Compensation request'.
Information about work-free days is stored in the ARFT field. If the ARFT field is filled in your system by the field ARFT (Customer model) (Table T5A1M), you do not need to make any further conversion. If this (ELDA) field is filled by the (SAP) field SHKEY (Table T5A1M), you must specify which work-free days must be recorded for a Work schedule rule in thetable T5A1N:

In the work schedule rule NORM you process days Monday-Saturday accordingly. With all other work schedule rules, you only process Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are work-free.
When completing this field, pay careful attention to the employer information for the regional health insurance fund.
