In this step, you check the validity period and version numbers of the data record types and notification types for ELDA

For this, you process the table T5A1K (Data record versions). The start and end dates of each data record type is stored in this table. Furthermore, the internal and external version numbers are administered here:

  • Internal version numbers enable you to identify the statutory data record versions.
  • External version numbers enable you to identify your own data record versions. In this way, you can display changes which are not apparent from the official versions.
