Use
To enable data exchange between employers and the various authorities and external agencies, you must have specific authorizations, which you can set for the various actions you need to perform for data exchange.
Authorization Objects
With reference to the Electronic Notifications of Illness and Recovery (EIR), the system checks the HR: Authorization object for Electronic Illness Reporting (technical name: P_NL_EIR) and the HR: Master Data (technical name: P_ORGIN) authorization objects.
The HR: Authorization object for Electronic Illness Reporting (technical name: P_NL_EIR) authorization object is used only for the Electronic Notifications of Illness and Recovery: Overview (RPCZKON0) report.
The HR: Master Data (technical name: P_ORGIN) authorization object is used in relation with the Illness Reporting: Details (3250) infotype. For working with the Electronic Notifications of Illness and Recovery ( RPTZKMN3) report, the user needs display authorization. For creating new records of the Absences (2001) infotype and its subsequence records of the Illness Reporting: Details (3250) infotype, the user needs change authorization.
Therefore, we recommend that you include both authorization objects to your EIR Roles.
