In this IMG step, you can maintain special employer contributions.

Normal Factory Shutdown Fund

This fund is meant to help workers who were fired after a factory shutdown and for whom compensation or salary cannot be paid by the employer anymore.

It applies to employers in the industrial and commercial sector who employ both blue- and white-collars.

The percentage is defined by the government on the basis of the number of employed workers during the previous calendar year.

Special Factory Shutdown Fund

This fund is meant to finance unemployment benefits for employees who suffer economic unemployment, technical failures, bad weather, etc.

It applies to both private and public sector employers, regardless of the number of workers employed during the previous calendar year.

The fund is financed by all the employees subject to unemployment contributions.

The rate is equal to 0,22% of the annual gross salary and is collected on a quarterly basis.

Existence Security Fund contribution

This is a sector-dependent employer contribution meant to finance additional benefits or compensations.

The rate is defined by the Existence Security Fund management committee itself.

Activities

  1. The 'Factory Shutdown' view contains parameters regarding the Factory Shutdown Fund (is the company submitted to the FSF contribution? Has an additional contribution to be calculated? Is the company submitted to the Existence Security Fund contribution?).
  2. The 'Employer category' view contains all the employer categories (General, Civil service, etc.).
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, a tree structure is displayed. Double-click the 'SI categories employer' folder.
  4. Select a record.
  5. Double-click the 'Rate for Existence Insurance Fund' folder to view the employee's contribution to this fund, or the 'Wage Moderation Rates' folder to view the employer's and employee's contributions in favour of wage moderation.
  6. The 'Labour commissions' view contains the list of labour commissions.
  7. Select a record.
  8. Double-click the 'Contribution for financing groups with risks' view. If the value in the 'Contr.' field is set to X and the 'Rate' field contains a percentage, the employer finances a fund in a specific high-risk sector.
