Use
In this IMG activity, specify whether Education Grant advance payment can be made in off-cycle mode. For this, maintain the value of the parameter EG_WTYPE_ADVOC_OCRSN.
You can set the parameter to the following values:
- 002 - This enables Advance Payment of Education Grant through off-cycle run.
- Blank - This disables Advance Payment of Education Grant through off-cycle run.
Note
By default, advance payment for Education Grant is made through regular payroll run. For this, the parameter EG_WTYPE_ADVPY_PREAS is maintained as blank.
When you set the value of EG_WTYPE_ADVOC_OCRSN as 002, this parameter overrides EG_WTYPE_ADVPY_PREAS. Thus, the advance payment is enabled through off-cycle mode.
Standard settings
In the standard system, the value of EG_WTYPE_ADVOC_OCRSN parameter is set to Blank.
