Use
The recipient category determines the origin of the recipient data.
A standard addressing type and a dispatch type can be assigned to the recipient category.
Maintain the recipient category as a unique identifier for the
institution.
Requirements
There has to be a BAdI implementation for each recipient category. You create it in the IMG activity BAdI Recipient Categories for dispatch control.

These are shipped with the BC set ISH_N2_DOCDISPATCH_RECIP_TYPE. BC sets are imported with transaction SCPR20. Please refer to the help there for further information.
