Use
This Business Add-in (BAdI) in used in the Planning component (IS-HMED-SC).
You can use this BAdI to open a specific tab page in the time grid of the planning grid and navigate to a specific position. The system executes the BAdI at the following times:
- When the planning grid is called
- When a patient, an appointment, or an appointment template is selected in the worklist of the planning grid. You should note that you must select an entry (e.g. appointment) using a pushbutton in the worklist. It is not sufficient to simply position the cursor.
Depending on the selected object, you can determine in the BAdI which tab page the user should receive at which position.
Requirements
Standard settings
The BAdI is not active as standard.
The BAdI cannot be used multiple times.
The BAdI is not filter dependent.
If you have not implemented the BAdI, the system selects the suitable tab page using the following information:
- Existence of a calculated appointment proposal
- Selected appointment or appointment template
- Compatibility of selected services with the service range of the OU providing the planning object and time slots
- Setting of OU-related parameter N1PTRCHS.
Activities
After you call the IMG activity, the system displays a dialog box where you enter a name for the implementation.
If implementations of this Business Add-In have already been created, the system displays them in a dialog box. You then choose one of them by choosing Create, and continue as follows:
- In the dialog box, enter a name for the implementation of the Add-In and choose Create.
The system displays the initial screen for creating Business Add-In implementations. - On this screen, enter a short description for your implementation in the Implementation Short Text field.
- If you choose the Interface tab, you will notice that the system has populated the Name of the Implementing Class field automatically, by assigning a class name based on the name of your implementation.
- Save your entries and assign the Add-In to a package.
- To edit a method, double-click its name.
- Enter your implementation code between the
method <Interface Name>~<Name of Method>.
andendmethod.
statements. - Save and activate your code. Navigate back to the Change Implementation screen.
Note: You can also create an implementation for an Add-In and not activate it until later. If you want to do this, do not perform the following step: - Choose Activate.
When the application program is executed, the code you created is run through.
The implementation of the BAdI overrides the behavior described under Standard settings.
Example
The worklist contains a clinical order with services. The user wishes to plan an appointment for the services. If the appointment is allocated after 14:00 the system should automatically present the tab page for the next day.
