Use
In this IMG activity, you can specify the values for attributes of different objects (such as controls or risks). A distinction is made between the following types of attributes:
- Attributes with values that you can specify freely
- Attributes with values that are in turn dependent on other attributes
- Attributes with values that are fixed and delivered by SAP and for which you can only change the name.
The attribute values that you specify here are used in the MIC applications in the input help function. If you do not enter any values, the dropdown lists for the input help remain empty.
In the case of some attributes, you can make extra settings for the attribute values:
- Control Maturity Target: For these attribute values, you can specify a numeric valuation. During the automatic assignment of ratings (see Make Setting for Manual or Automatic Rating), the system uses the specified values to determine the maturity gap between the current control maturity and the maturity target. Depending on the value determined, the system issues the appropriate rating that you specified under Specify Control Design Rating on Basis of Maturity Gap Value.
- Control Significance: For these attribute values, you can also use valuation. In Reporting, this valuation is used in the BAdI implementation of the BAdI: Weighting of a Report Line During Aggregation (activated by default).
- Scope Criterion: For these attribute values, you can specify whether a threshold value of the account groups from the account group hierarchy is relevant. An MIC end-user can specify for a criterion with threshold value relevance (such as a quantitative criterion like revenue or costs) that an organizational unit is in scope once a specific threshold value has been attained.
Requirements
Standard settings
