Use

In this IMG activity, you connect users to persons created during role assignment in the Web application.

In this way, the system can place in the corresponding user's worklist those tasks belonging to the role.

Requirements

You are assigned to a role containing the task "Create User".

The system administrator has created a user for the person concerned.

Standard settings

Activities

The list contains all persons that have been assigned to a role with one or more tasks. The following cases are possible:

  • A person does not have a user
    1. In this case, select the person and choose the pushbutton with the quick info Connect User and Person.
    2. Select a user for the person.
    3. When you confirm the dialog box, the system automatically assigns the user to the corresponding task.
  • A person already has a user

    This can be the case if a person has already been assigned a user previously and is subsequently assigned another role with more tasks.

    In this case, the system assigns the task to the user when you choose the Connect User and Person pushbutton.
