Use

In this IMG activity, you can change the text of the note that is displayed in the Web application for sign-off.

Note that this text change constitutes a modification. To transport the modification, you have to save it in your own package in the customer name range (beginning with Y or Z).

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

Change the text.

  1. Execute this IMG activity.
  2. Select document class General Text.
  3. Choose the language in which you want to change the document.
  4. Enter FOPCSIGNOFF_NOTE in the Name field. Choose Change.
  5. In the dialog box that appears, enter a technical name for your modified text. This technical name must be in the customer name range.
  6. If you want to enhance the existing text, choose Original Text. If you want to enter a completely new text, choose Template (with Headers).
  7. Confirm your entries in the dialog box.
  8. Change the text and save.
  9. When you have completed processing, activate the text.

Translate text.

  1. Call transaction SE63.
  2. Choose Translation -> ABAP Objects -> Long Texts (Documentation) -> F1 Help -> General Texts. Enter the name of your text.

    To transport the translation, use transaction SLXT.
