In this IMG activity, you enhance performance by creating an index for the table Case Attributes (SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR).

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Under Database Table, enter SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR, and choose Display.
  2. Choose Indexes and create an index with an ID beginning with Y or Z (so that it falls within the customer naming space).
  3. Select the option Non-unique index - Index on all database systems.
  4. Create the index for the following fields:
    • Client (MANDT)
    • External reference (EXT_REF)
  5. Activate the index.
