Use
In this IMG activity, you enter the following for the objects used in setting up internal controls:
- Type of number issued (internal or external)
- Number interval
Since you use the Organizational Management (BC-BMT-OM) functions for setting up the structure of the internal controls, you make the settings for issuing the numbers in the Organizational Management table. For this reason, refer to the documentation on the corresponding IMG activity in Organizational Management: Maintain Number Ranges.
You only have to define separate number ranges if a separate number range is to be used for individual MIC objects or each MIC object. Otherwise, the delivered number range $$$$ is used.
If you create separate number ranges for MIC objects, use plan variant 01.
