Use

In this IMG activity, you enhance system performance for calling up reports by creating an index for the table Infotype 1001 DB Table (HRP1001).

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Enter HRP1001 under Database Table and choose Display.
  2. Choose Indexes and create an index with an ID beginning with Y or Z (so that it is within the customer naming space).
  3. Select the option Non-unique index - Index on all database systems.
  4. Create the index for the following fields:
    • Client (MANDT)
    • Subtype (SUBTY)
    • Type of Related Object (SCLAS)
    • Plan Variant (PLVAR)
    • Planning Status (ISTAT)
    • Concatenation of Object Type and Object ID (OTJID)
    • End Date (ENDDA)
  5. Activate the index.
