Use
In this IMG activity, MIC power users can create objects for the central structure setup as well as objects specific to organizational units and make various assignments. Furthermore, this IMG activity assists you in locating errors.
You can create the objects using the corresponding Web applications instead of the expert mode. However, you must use the expert mode to create the first node of the organizational hierarchy.
Note that the expert mode does not provide any MIC-specific flow logic or any automatic connections! The Web applications offer the advantage that many objects and the connections between them are created automatically by the system, whereas you need to create them individually in the expert mode. For example, all objects specific to org units are perceived technically in the expert mode as separate objects that you need to create and connect to the central objects. In the Web applications, the objects specific to org units are created automatically when you accept them for the organizational unit. For locating errors, on the other hand, the expert mode offers the advantage that all objects and their connections can be called up individually.
Note
Note the following when creating a control objective in the expert mode: Ensure that a control objective is only assigned to one central process and that the validity period for that control objective falls within the validity period of the central process. This is the prerequisite for the correct representation in the Web applications.
